ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is a legally binding agreement between Perstoc.ai, Inc. ("Perstoc," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of ProjectsAIO, and you — the individual user or the legal entity on whose behalf you access ProjectsAIO ("Customer" or "you"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and governs all use of the ProjectsAIO platform, APIs, mobile applications, and associated websites (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1.  Permitted Use

Subject to the Agreement, you may use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes, including:

•        Planning, tracking, and delivering internal projects and software releases;

•        Managing tasks, sprints, backlogs, and test cases within your organization;

•        Collaborating with authorized team members via the Communication Hub;

•        Storing project-related documents, requirements, design files, and release notes in the Document Vault;

•        Using AI Agents and AI-assisted features (Task Breakdown, Test Case Generation, Bug Summaries) to accelerate internal workflows;

•        Integrating the Platform with third-party tools via authorized APIs and connectors; and

•        Any other use expressly authorized in writing by Perstoc.

2.  Prohibited Uses

2.1  Platform Integrity and Security

•        Probe, scan, fuzz, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure without Perstoc's prior written authorization;

•        Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Platform;

•        Bypass, disable, or circumvent any authentication, access control, rate limit, encryption, or security mechanism;

•        Introduce or transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code through the Platform;

•        Impose a disproportionate or unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure, including through bots, scrapers, or automated tools operating beyond API rate limits;

•        Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's source code, AI models, or proprietary algorithms; or

•        Use scraping or automated extraction on the Platform outside of Perstoc's authorized API.

2.2  Misuse of AI Features

•        Use AI Agents or AI-assisted features to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or designed to deceive;

•        Submit prompts designed to circumvent, manipulate, or extract the underlying AI models or their training data (prompt injection, model inversion, jailbreaking);

•        Use AI-generated outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice without appropriate human review and oversight;

•        Attempt to replicate, extract, or reverse-engineer the AI models embedded in the Platform; or

•        Use AI features to generate prohibited content as defined in Section 2.4.

2.3  Data and Privacy Violations

•        Upload, store, or process personal data of individuals without a valid legal basis under applicable data protection law;

•        Store Special Categories of personal data (health, biometric, religious, criminal conviction data, or data of minors under 18) in the Platform without Perstoc's prior written consent and satisfaction of heightened legal requirements;

•        Use the Platform to conduct surveillance, build profiles on individuals for non-project purposes, or track individuals without their knowledge; or

•        Share user credentials or account access with unauthorized third parties.

2.4  Harmful and Illegal Content

You shall not upload, store, generate, or distribute through the Platform any content that:

•        Is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law;

•        Constitutes, facilitates, or encourages fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;

•        Exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors in any form — any such content will be reported to law enforcement without notice;

•        Incites, promotes, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or extremism;

•        Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on any protected characteristic;

•        Infringes any third-party intellectual property right, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret; or

•        Is pornographic or sexually explicit.

2.5  Competitive and Commercial Restrictions

•        Use the Platform to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Platform for public competitive analysis without Perstoc's written consent;

•        Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the Platform without an authorized reseller or partner agreement with Perstoc; or

•        Access the Platform on behalf of a Perstoc competitor for intelligence-gathering purposes.

2.6  Team and Workspace Misuse

•        Share a single user account among multiple individuals — each person requires their own licensed seat;

•        Create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits (e.g., splitting one team across multiple Free accounts to avoid paying);

•        Grant access to the Platform to individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions; or

•        Use the Platform's Communication Hub to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial messages to teammates.

3.  Content Standards

All content uploaded to or generated through the Platform ("Content") must meet the following standards:

•        Accurate and not intentionally misleading;

•        Free of malware, malicious scripts, or executable code designed to harm systems;

•        Compliant with all applicable intellectual property laws — you must hold the rights or appropriate license for any third-party material you upload; and

•        Appropriate for a professional business environment.

Perstoc has no obligation to pre-screen Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to Content that violates this AUP.

4.  AI-Generated Content: User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

•        AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate outputs. Perstoc does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated Content;

•        You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs — including task breakdowns, test cases, and bug summaries — before acting on them;

•        AI-generated Content does not replace qualified professional judgment; and

•        Where applicable law or regulation requires disclosure of AI use (e.g., in regulated industries), you are responsible for making that disclosure.

5.  Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance

The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities located in, or who are nationals of, countries subject to comprehensive US export controls or sanctions administered by OFAC, BIS, or equivalent authorities. You represent that: (a) you are not on any US government denied-party list; (b) you will not use the Platform in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws; and (c) you will not permit access to the Platform by any sanctioned person or entity.

6.  Monitoring and Enforcement

Perstoc may, but is not obligated to, monitor the Platform for compliance with this AUP. Upon detecting or suspecting a violation, Perstoc may, at its sole discretion and without liability:

•        Issue a written warning;

•        Remove or restrict access to violating Content;

•        Throttle or suspend specific features or API access;

•        Temporarily or permanently suspend the offending account;

•        Terminate the Agreement for cause; and/or

•        Disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law.

7.  Reporting Violations

To report suspected violations of this AUP, please contact:

8.  Changes to This AUP

Perstoc may update this AUP with thirty (30) days' written notice for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
